What setup do I need to run Canary Live?
Canary Live! operates online so all you’ll need is access to the internet. As soon as you get your login and password you can get started.
Can I change or cancel at any time?
Yes. Canary Live! is a pay-as-you-go service. There is no long term commitment required and you can cancel at any time.
Is support included?
We provide some support each month as part of your plan on a time and disbursement basis. If you require additional support we can build that into the plan.
No additional charges will be made unless you authorise them.
Are there additional costs?
Canary Live! is designed to work out of the box so in most cases there are no additional costs.
If you need custom development such as custom integration with other non-standard systems, then talk to us.
Can I upgrade my plan or change the number of users?
Yes. You can change the number of users – simply let us know and we’ll modify your settings.
Do I need to do any upgrades?
Canary Live! runs on the cloud so that means it will always be up-to-date and accessible anywhere.
Canary Live! is designed primarily for the desktop. We build and test on Google Chrome, Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox and we recommend using up-to-date versions of these browsers to access Canary Live!
Is there a limit to the number of users I can have?
No. Canary Live! is designed for businesses with up to 99 employees. Choose the pricing plan that suits the number of users you need. These plans are flexible so you’re able to change at any time to a different plan.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Canary Live! is a pay-as-you-go service with no long term commitment required.
Can I try before I buy?
Sure! We offer 30 day access to a demo account so you can have a look around and test whether Canary Live! suits your company needs.
